We have spent decades building solid relationships with fire and safety officials on all levels to ensure the permitting process is flawless. Our team works to secure the necessary permits, including marine and other federal environmental agencies, for your display.

Site Visits and Meetings

The best way to design a fireworks display is to experience the venue in person. Zambelli Project Managers strive to thoroughly review proposed display sites to determine the safety distances required, the types of fireworks and pyrotechnics that can be used, and to help design the overall "look" of the display. In addition, we can get a true sense of your needs for your specific event.

Insurance

Zambelli Fireworks offers the best and highest insurance in the fireworks industry. Every display, no matter the size, is covered by a per project general liability policy of $10 million. Our insurance providers are close partners who truly understand the nature of our business. They use only A rated insurance companies. We discuss all parties that need to be additionally insured for the certificate.

Timing

It benefits both the customer and Zambelli Fireworks to start planning a display more than three months before the event. In some cases even more time is needed for both permitting and show choreography. Zambelli Project Managers strive to create unique displays and by discussing the potential display early in the process, they allow for more creative time for design.

Show Duration

When it comes to firework displays, "Less is more!" Spectators overwhelmingly prefer a shorter high-intensity display over a longer display that results in one effect every few seconds. The largest display in the United States is 24 minutes in length. The team at Zambelli Fireworks will recommend show duration based on venue, the types of fireworks and other effects being used, budget and the overall theme of your event. A very well designed, high impact display is much more effective and appropriate than a show that lasts much longer with less intensity.

Music Production

If you wish to have a choreographed or simply a music-enhanced display, the Zambelli Fireworks team will work with you to create a superb soundtrack. We use highly trained professionals to create studio-quality audio soundtracks and will provide copies for your audio technicians. Please allow ample time before the display for music production.
